What are the dimensions of the Lookstand and the Detach Mount?

The Lookstand only weighs 1.58 ounce (45g) and measures 1.2 x 3.7 x 0.3 in (30 x 93 x 7mm).
The Detach Mount is 1.7 x 1.2 x 0.1 in (4.3 x 3.1 x 0.38cm).


Can I use the Lookstand without the Detach Mount?

Yes! The Lookstand was created as a stand-alone product. We created the Detach Mount to make our product more versatile and allow users to attach/detach when necessary and also provide a wireless charging option.


Can the Lookstand be attached to all surfaces?

The Lookstand attaches to all smartphone surfaces and cases with the exception of leather and some highly-textured cases. Clean the back of the surface before attaching the Lookstand for better results.


How do I attach the Lookstand?

Detailed instructions are included in the package. Just aim for the middle of the smartphone (rear), attach the adhesive surface, and you are all set!


Is this a permanent attachment? Can it be re-used on another phone?

The Lookstand can be gently removed using a blade and re-attached with 3M tape. However, for frequent removal, we recommend using our Detach Mount.


How does the Detach Mount work?

The Detach Mount is a stick-on base that allows you to attach and detach your Lookstand by sliding it in-and-out. To detach, push down on the latch and slide-up your Lookstand.
A 3M adhesive is used on the Detach Mount to ensure strength and durability to withstand the pulling in-and-out of the Lookstand throughout its lifespan.


Does wireless charging work through the Lookstand?

Yes, we have available the option of using the Detach Mount for easy wireless charging.


Can this be used in a car?

The Detach Mount allows the Lookstand to affix to all existing car mounts with the exception of magnetic ones.


How tall is the Lookstand?

The Lookstand is extendable to 3 preset heights at 3.5, 4.7, 7.1 in. (9, 12, 18 cm).
An iPhone 11 Pro with the Lookstand attached will measure 10.4 in. (26.5cm) tall when fully extended.


Can the Lookstand be used on larger products – iPad, Android Tablets?

The Lookstand is designed to hold the weight of any smartphone or devices up to 9.9 oz (280 g).


Will the Lookstand support the phone as a vertical stand?

Yes – the Lookstand can support the phone in BOTH portrait and landscape modes with 360° rotation and 120° viewing angles.


What is the product made out of? Is it made in China?

The Lookstand is made of 100% aluminum and it is made in South Korea.
The Detach Mount is made of plastic to allow for wireless charging and is coated closely to the color of your chosen Lookstand.


What is the life-span of a Lookstand?

The Lookstand has been manually-tested and machine-tested to be pulled in-and-out up to 10,000 times for guaranteed durability.


Are the colors matte or shiny?

All our Lookstand products have a matte metallic finish.
